Mary-Hall excels at applying her background in energy engineering to evaluate the performance of energy efficiency technologies, projects, and programs. She has expertise in a wide variety of energy analysis tools and techniques including utility bill analysis and energy simulation modelling. She has extensive experience working at all levels and stages of DSM impact evaluations, from performing field measurements to managing at the portfolio level.
