Amanda Vazquez is an engineer with BrightLine Group with experience in environmental project research and development. Working with utilities and public agencies across the nation, Amanda supports program evaluation, market potential research, and program planning. She is actively involved in impact and process evaluations, measurement and verification, engineering analysis, and market surveys, with expertise in energy efficiency, research and analysis. Amanda is passionate about developing sustainable and equitable solutions that have a positive impact on energy efficiency programs, thoroughly applying her research background to assess and analyze clients’ short and long-term goals.

Where did you grow up?
In Las Vegas, I grew up in the dirt and tumbleweeds of jobsites with my dad and brother.
Who's your favorite band?
Måneskin. Living in Europe during their rise through Eurovision was super cool to see! In Nome del Padre or Gossip are my favorite songs by them.
What's the best place you've ever visited?
Norway! Voss in the summer and Lillehammer in the winter! Skiing, mountain biking, (skydiving even) is breathtaking. And how can you not love brown cheese for breakfast?
How do you recharge?
I recharge with food and company. I love to cook and my favorite way to recharge is cooking a nice meal surrounded by loved ones.
