What was your first job?
My first job was at a local family-owned pumpkin patch in Water Mill, NY, which is where I grew up. I would spend most of the day roasting and husking corn and come home covered in burnt corn husks and butter.
Do you have any pets?
Yes! I have a 6-month-old yellow lab named Gazpacho! He is my first puppy I am raising as a volunteer for Guide Dogs for the Blind.
How do you recharge?
Being in the alpine in the most remote places is how I recharge. Exploring and adventuring while pushing myself to the limit is what fills me up and brings me the most joy. I love to finish a long day (or days) away from civilization utterly exhausted with not much left to give.
How do you spend your free time?
When I am not working or catching up on school, I am most likely playing in the mountains out in the backcountry – either on skis, on foot, or climbing on rocks.
