LYNN ROY

Lynn has been actively engaged in the energy efficiency industry since 2001. Throughout her tenure in the industry, Lynn has been responsible for demand side management program design and implementation, impact and process evaluation management, market research, and regional group leadership encompassing staff hiring, mentorship, revenue oversight, and business development. She has managed the design and implementation of large scale utility demand side management (DSM) programs; led evaluations and compliance reviews of government and utility-funded energy efficiency programs; conducted market research in support of DSM programs; and has overseen the measurement and verification (M&V) of building performance projects. Lynn has been focusing on program planning and evaluation work for more than a decade, providing clients with the information and insight to develop and offer more successful programs to their service territories. Some of Lynn’s largest clients include Georgia Power Company, Avista Utilities, Duke Energy, and Independent Electricity System Operator (Ontario, Canada).
