Hello 2023 and New Opportunities

As we usher in 2023 and all of its possibilities, we want to reflect upon the past year. Foremost, we are grateful for our clients and partners, and for their trust in us. These partnerships allow us to do the work we love—day in and day out. This past year we worked on dozens of projects taking us from the West to East coasts with plenty of stops in between, from rooftops to grocery stores, and from small businesses to manufacturing floors.

Through program planning and evaluation, to working in emerging technologies, we help clients with all phases of customer energy efficiency programs. We plan, design, implement, measure and evaluate programs to help our clients make decisions to benefit their customers and the environment.

For example, we’ve had the opportunity to dig deep into heat pumps and how they might be a game changer in the coming years for the home heating industry. In Illinois we worked on ways to quantify how heat pumps work in homes that keep their legacy fossil fuel based heating system for back up.

Working closely with a large client in the Southeast, we worked on interesting projects including evaluating an innovative residential customer engagement platform and emerging commercial energy-saving technologies.

As a small (but mighty) business, we are nimble and can easily adapt to innovation and changes in the marketplace, while drawing upon our deep experience in the energy efficiency industry. We love being able to say, “yes, we can do that,” when clients have a new project or direction they want to explore.

As a woman-owned business, we bring a diverse perspective to projects and serve as a diverse contractor for many clients. We recently were certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise by the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity, which means we make a great partner on contracts containing COBID Certified inclusion and diversity goals in Oregon.

We share your passion for a better environment and look forward to working with new and existing clients—from California to Rhode Island and in between—throughout 2023 and beyond.

With best wishes for a happy new year,

Lynn, Mary-Hall, Patrick and the entire BrightLine Group team
