BrightLine Group is committed to equity and inclusion. In light of recent events we are looking closely at how we can work harder to improve our knowledge and awareness, and better integrate social justice and racial equity into our work and personal lives. There are no easy answers, but we are striving to be an active part of the solution. We believe social and environmental responsibility go hand in hand and we are developing a Social Responsibility Plan that identifies actions we can take to improve social equity and environmental quality today and for future generations. We are also incorporating Equity Training in our platform of training opportunities. Through this training, we focus on our key principles, and we advocate the advancement of inclusive practices, respect for all persons, and the elimination of discrimination in the workplace.
